Eluvi is operated by JHG Remote Sales AB. JHG Remote Sales AB is responsible for the personal information collected through Eluvi’s website and inquiry experience. This policy covers shopeluvi.com and the Eluvi inquiry experience at get.shopeluvi.com.
Information we collect
When you inquire, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, property details, lighting preferences and message. Do not submit payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.
We also retain submission information and communication preferences, including the form used, submission time, SMS consent choice and the wording presented. Our website and form providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, page or referral information and security logs to operate the services and prevent abuse.
How we use information

- Discuss product options and confirm installer availability.
- Arrange a consultation or quote that you request.
- Maintain customer records, communication preferences and consent evidence.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and respond to legal or privacy requests.
Submitting an inquiry asks us to respond about that inquiry. SMS permission is a separate, optional choice. We do not use this inquiry form to enroll you in promotional SMS campaigns.
Service providers and installer handoffs
We use HighLevel (GoHighLevel) for inquiry forms, customer records and related communications. Website hosting and delivery involve OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The site loads Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when font files are requested. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.
When you ask us to arrange an installer consultation or quote, we may share relevant project and contact information with the selected installation company. We identify the selected installation company before sharing details for your requested consultation or quote. The installation company handles its own customer contract, payments, installation and fulfillment and is responsible for its own privacy practices. Its payment and contract process may use separate service providers.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, including installers, for their own messaging. Providers that help deliver Eluvi messages may process this information solely to support that service. An installer must obtain its own permission where required before sending you text messages.
SMS choices
The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may inquire without selecting it. If you select it, you agree to receive Eluvi messages about your inquiry, consultation scheduling and quote follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Cookies and local storage
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. Hosting and embedded form providers may use cookies or similar technology for functionality, security and submission tracking. We do not add advertising pixels or behavioral advertising tools to this launch website. Links to manufacturer or installer sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
Retention, security and international processing
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, support the requested service and maintain appropriate business records. We retain consent and suppression records as needed to respect your preferences and demonstrate compliance. Information is restricted to people and providers who need it for these purposes. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
JHG Remote Sales AB is based in Sweden, and our providers and installation companies may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where applicable, we use the transfer safeguards required by data protection law.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. We process inquiries to take steps at your request and operate our services, and rely on consent where required for optional messaging.
